About Motivosity

Motivosity is a cloud-based employee recognition solution, which assists small to large organizations with performance tracking and benchmarking. Key features include peer-to-peer social recognition, feedback collection, monetary reward and gift card management. The application allows managers to access the question library, create or customize pulse surveys and compare previous data to measure progress. It enables users to make company announcements by posting news to social feeds and sending individual emails. Additionally, administrators can use the org chart tool to display employee skills, profile and other details to staff members and plan recruitments.
