After starting your free account, you can first quantify your company culture by inviting employees to complete a three-minute culture inventory. Moonshot Insights then prepares custom analyses and assessments for your company so you can assess incoming job applicants. Custom assessments typically range from eight to 16 minutes and include work culture, personality, and problem solving sections. Moonshot Insights supports applicant tracking system integrations and provides unique links so you can easily invite job applicants to complete your assessment.
