About MightyRecruiter

MightyRecruiter is a cloud-based recruiting solution for small to midsize businesses. Key features include job postings, candidate management, auto-posting to social media and built-in candidate prescreening. Users upload job postings and descriptions on the site and the solution matches those job postings and descriptions to candidates in a database of over 20 million resumes. The system’s analysis engine also matches candidates from job seekers in the database and candidates who apply for job postings from external job boards. Users can post jobs on up to 29 job boards. It uses vector space matching algorithms to determine which candidates are most fit for jobs. The solution allows users to communicate with candidates using customized email templates. MightyRecruiter has centralized candidate management and messaging with templates, prescreening questions and candidate ratings and reviews. Other capabilities include custom-branded career pages for job openings and consolidated real-time reporting and analytics. Support is provided via email and phone.
