About Microsoft StaffHub

Microsoft StaffHub is a cloud-based scheduling and workforce management solution available as part of Microsoft Office 365. The web and native mobile apps are designed for workers who are on their feet or on the move at work, in a range of industries such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, travel, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and more. Through StaffHub, managers can create and update schedules for their team, giving employees access to their schedule and all shift information through the native iOS and Android apps. Employees can view their upcoming shifts, see who else is working, and request shift swaps with their colleagues directly. When shift swap requests are submitted, they are routed to the other team member involved for their approval, before being sent on to a manager for final approval. Employees can also request time off for vacation or sick days, and track the status of their requests in real time.
