Users can view contact availability and initiate a chat directly from within Microsoft Outlook, and escalate to an audio or video call with a single click. MegaPath’s Skype for Business integration enables users to place external calls directly from their Skype for Business desktop client. Organizations can also integrate business voice features such as click-to-dial capabilities, caller-info screen pops, advanced call analytics, automatic call logging with 25 CRM or help desk applications including Salesforce, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, NetSuite, and Zendesk.
