MartusTools is a cloud-based budgeting and accounting solution designed to help churches streamline their budgeting and accounting processes with online dashboards, scorecards, statistics, and financial reports like departmental account views, dimensional view summaries, and forecast views. MartusTools enables users to manage their accounting data effectively by integrating with most popular accounting systems, including QuickBooks, Shelby, ACS, Financial Edge, and more. MartusTools is comprised of two tools; Martus Planner and MartusDashboard. MartusPlanner provides users with quick and central access to budgeting tools which help monitor budgeting progress minute by minute or identify any budget problems or inconsistencies. Users can manage and record budget requests using monthly line-item notes. The MartusDashboard allows users to view comparison reports and graphs on budgets and actuals. Users can drill down into reports to gain greater insight into their budgets and accounts, as well as identify trends using the MartusTools statistical tracking system. MartusTools creates budget worksheets automatically and allows users to check a budget's approval status from the planner worksheet. The planner summary gives users an instant snapshot into their budget. Dashboards support monthly expense comparisons, income vs expense comparisons and top ten expense accounts.
