About Maestro PMS

Maestro PMS is a property management system designed to assist independent full service hotels, resorts, conference centers and multi-property groups with the core business operations. Enterprise-ready and available for both cloud-based and on-premise deployment, the PCI compliant platform consists of 20 scalable modules offering a host of specific feature capabilities accessing a single database. Spanning key areas across Front Office PMS for full guest service management with group billing and handling, Maestro modules also cover specialist spa and activities, condo / timeshare, sales and catering management, plus POS support for retail and fine dining applications. An integrated ResWave web booking engine also allows operators to take real time reservations from multiple online channels beyond an existing hotel website. Dynamic yield management adds automated control over setting competitive room rates, while GDS/OTA integration expands web exposure further by connecting into third party travel portals and online travel agencies. Work order management for supporting operational tasks, maintenance and repair jobs, is also joined by a dedicated housekeeping module, membership scheme handling, communications, marketing, loyalty and ID cards, plus express wireless check-in via iPad. Maestro also facilitates guest experience measurement with tools for satisfaction feedback collection, evaluation and analysis, while an extra analytics and business intelligence module promises to provide property operators with ad hoc, dashboard-based insights on corporate performance.
