Klippa is cloud-based invoice and receipt management solution, which helps retailers scan and process receipts and invoices. Key features include invoice management, payment processing, finance administration, custom branding, expense management, file sharing, and optical character recognition (OCR). The Klippa platform enables administrators to collect invoices via email, web, or mobile applications, create digital workflows for approving and processing invoices, display invoice statuses, use automatic text recognition to automate data capture, and configure auto-reminders to ensure timely payments. Teams can import creditors, cost centers, and VAT codes from accounting systems and export invoice data to formats such as XLSX, CSV, UBL, and PDF. Klippa allows managers to monitor cost of departments, cost centers, projects, and periods, as well as monitor average processing time per employee. It allows administrators to provide role-based access to employees, perform bulk tasks for similar invoices, and streamline the payment process for creditors. The solution also comes with a REST API, which optimizes data extractions on receipts, invoices, contracts, and passwords.
