The Applicant Tracking System allows each resume and candidate profile to be viewed electronically by all members of a recruiting team. This eliminates the need for paper resumes. KeldairHR is designed to automatically recognize qualified candidates as they apply, and will rank and score them accordingly. Interview scheduling is simplified as well. Hiring managers enter their available times during the week, and KeldairHR will schedule interviews for the designated candidates accordingly.
