The tool assists in payroll tax filing, sends copies of form W-2 to all the employees at the end of financial year, and takes care of filing the appropriate documentation to ensure that the organization is ACA compliant. Justworks integrates with QuickBooks, Xero, and QBO and helps sync all payments. It also partners with Metlife, Aetna, One Medical and Citi Bike to offer various employee benefits.
