just plan it is a cloud-based software solution designed to help job shops and small make-to-order manufacturers with resource scheduling, deliveries and time commitments through a visual scheduling interface. just plan it integrates with Microsoft Excel, which allows users to set up the tool through an Excel template. Once scheduling information is uploaded to the system, processes are presented through Gantt charts, and users can choose from a jobs-oriented view, a resource-oriented view and a calendar view. Automatic, manual and hybrid scheduling adjustments can be made throughout the lifecycle of an order. The drag and drop interface allows users to test the effects of schedule adjustments on project deadlines. If project dates are changed or resources are reallocated, other events in the workflow are automatically moved.
