Jetpack Workflow is a cloud-based practice, client, and workflow management solution for accountants, which includes tools for job management, document storage, time tracking, and more. With Jetpack Workflow, users can import their client lists from CSV files, setup jobs with custom recurrences, and tag both jobs and clients to enable advanced searching and filtering. Jobs can be duplicated across multiple clients, removing the need for users to manually re-create the same jobs. All clients, projects, and tasks can be searched, and multiple filtering options allow users to drill-down by client, staff, labels, due dates, and more. Users can also track which jobs staff are working on, assess their workloads, and reassign tasks as necessary. Jetpack Workflow automatically sends users email digests in the morning and evening, with details of which tasks are due or overdue that day, and what work has been completed. Time can be tracked within each job, with users able to log time manually, or utilize the built-in timer. Profitability reports give insight into the time to complete work compared to internal budgets. Multiple documents can also be uploaded and attached to tasks, so all paperwork can be accessed centrally.
