iOFFICE is a cloud-based integrated office system which assists medium to large sized corporations with visitor and facility management. Its key features include scheduling, meeting room booking, ID scanning, registration, document management and space utilization. The application notifies team members about guest arrivals, captures guest images and automates badge printing. It lets users pre-register guests for large events, track visitor activity, and manage visitor documentation. Teams can use iOFFICE to reserve a desk or a conference room and invite guests from their address book. It integrates with calendar applications such as Outlook and Google and chat platforms such as Slack for booking notifications. iOFFICE provides insights on space utilization based on check-in and check-out information and lets team members coordinate services such as AV equipment and catering. The mailroom management functionality automates the capture of packing tracking numbers upon courier receipt and records the date stamp, time stamp and signature by the final recipient.
