About HR Avatar

HR Avatar is an online pre-employment testing software that enables recruiters and hiring managers to organize recruitment drives and make hiring decisions. The solution allows employers to evaluate various aspects of each candidate’s potential fit for an open position, such as cognitive ability, personality and knowledge base. Once a candidate applies, recruiters can send them an off-the-shelf test created by HR Avatar, or a custom test created by the company. During the test, candidates experience a work simulation that tests skills and aptitude that are necessary to successfully perform the job. Once the candidate is done, the recruiter receives a notification with the results of the candidate’s test so they can make a decision about the applicant’s fit for the job. HR Avatar suits small and midsize businesses that usually administer HR Avatar’s off-the-shelf job assessments. Larger organizations can also use the solution, but they usually develop their own custom assessments tests.
