About HireCentric

HireCentric is cloud-based recruitment management software for small and midsize businesses that offers applicant tracking, external job board posting, requisition management, reference checking tools and employee assessments within a suite. HireCentric also integrates with ExactHire’s onboarding software, OnboardCentric, which allows users to manage documentation for new hires and supports e-signatures. HireCentric users can prompt OnboardCentric users to complete an employee’s profile that has been partially auto-populated using data from HireCentric.
