About Hello Talent

Hello Talent is a cloud-based application tracking solution offered by TalentSoft for independent recruiters, recruiting agencies and small and midsize businesses. Key features include social profile aggregation, resume parsing, candidate ratings, data mapping and reporting. The solution allows users to create candidate profiles by email. Recruiters can also create job opportunities and share them on the personalized career site to gather applications. Various tags, comments and @mentions can be added while evaluating profiles. Image parsing is supported. Specific folders and email templates can be designed basis dedicated jobs, profiles and skills. Automated anonymization can be set up so that profiles without consent get automatically anonymized after a period of specific time. In addition, the solution allows users to manually remove a profile from the profile list, still showing non-personal data in reports such as the total count of profiles. Native Android and iOS applications are available as well. The solution is available on a monthly or yearly subscription basis and support is provided via email.
