Groundwork is a cloud-based, online payment solution for youth sports teams, clubs, and leagues, designed to help team admins to automate billing, fee collection, and dues tracking, setup recurring payments, and stay connected with parents by sending payment reminders and invitations. Groundwork is designed to make organizing, tracking and collecting all team and club payments online quick and seamless for both club organizers and parents of team members. For teams, Groundwork can be used to automate recurring team payments from parents, or setup one-off payments throughout the season. All historical and upcoming payments can be tracked within the Groundwork system, with color-coded due date indicators to give instant insight into which payments are overdue. Groundwork also facilitates the tracking of offline cash and check payments so that all financial transactions are accounted for in one place, and team administrators can see a summary of all collections and focus on players that need attention. Payment schedules can be defined at the beginning of the season, and parents are sent automatic reminder emails when payments are due. The self-service Groundwork portal can be used by parents of team members to pay recurring or one-off payments securely via ACH, debit card or credit card, track due dates, view payment plans, track scholarships and discounts, and receive reminders for upcoming payments. Parents can enroll in autopay at the beginning of the season to ensure that no payments are missed, and payments can be stopped or paused at any time if needed.
