About Flowpot

Flowpot is a cloud-based project management solution which enables the management of projects, tasks, and teams. The software includes features for creating projects, assigning tasks, controlling access permissions, tracking deadlines, invoicing, and generating reports. Project names, descriptions, categories, files and media, and end dates can all be added during creation, and project invitations are sent to clients and assigned team members to begin communication. Tasks can be created within projects or as standalone jobs, assigned to team members, and tracked. ‘Auto close’ functionality can be enabled to automatically mark tasks and projects as completed once their due date is reached. Project invoicing tools allow users to generate multiple invoices for each project, including advance payments, tasks or milestones, and final invoices upon completion. A range of reports can be produced to provide insight into work progress, business performance, and team performance.
