Feedback Lite is a customer feedback software that lets you create custom surveys, forms and widgets to publish on your website. You can use the application to manage any number of feedback campaigns from a central dashboard, analyzing and reporting on feedback as it is collected. Feedback Lite offers survey templates, email-based forms and promo widgets that can be customized using the color picker tool and whitelabeling functionality to match your branding. The Feedback Lite dashboard offers a streaming feed of all incoming feedback across campaigns, displaying this data through visual graphs and charts. The dashboard provides detailed metrics for each response submitted, letting you drill down into individual results for more details. You can also edit the campaign at any time from the dashboard, or create new ones. Create unique campaign reports from the Feedback Lite dashboard that can be exported in CSV, as well as backup and export email addresses and feedback responses.
