Full fax operations can be conducted, along with the management of a secure online repository for storing fax communications and documents. HIPAA compliant, FaxLogic uses 256-bit AES encryption and TLS 1.2 to safeguard data both in transit and in storage. The service is compatible with most popular file types including Microsoft Office documents, presentations and spreadsheets, plus PDFs and image files. In addition, the unique True Multi-User feature offers collaboration support and individual account logins to enable team members to review and share fax documents, while also facilitating user-level auditing and access permissions.
