About ExeVision

ExeVision is a web-based integrated project development solution comprising of two main products – iPDWeb (designed for state transportation agencies) and iCXWeb (designed for contractors). The software is targeted at the construction industry and provides a comprehensive project development system that offers features such as cost estimating, electronic bidding, document management and compliance management. The iPDWeb supports pre-construction stages by helping with bid preparation & submission, electronic bidding and cost estimation. The web application provides automated tools to make decisions, track historical items and prepare cost & quantity estimates. The tool lets users create categories, add items from the drop down lists, establish multiple funding sources and review all bid & non-bid items from a single location. The solution is customizable to match the requirements and process flow of the clients and can interact with third-party applications and other agencies. The project cost estimate subsystem of iPDWeb allows users to import a list of items from Excel or other formats and supports multiple interface methods for exchanging data. The construction management subsystem maintains and tracks construction data such as project ledger, contractor/sub-contractor pay estimates, daily diaries and change orders while the electronic field book application supports the use of field devices to project data and view items from other CMS applications. The iCXWeb provides agencies and contractors with web-based bidding features and has an intuitive interface to manage tasks such as document submissions, addenda acknowledgement, bid item prices and certification completion. ExeVision fully integrates all functional aspects of road and bridge construction and is hosted on SSAE 16 certified facilities.
