About eVoice

eVoice provides a wide range of phone messaging and voice communication tools for small and medium businesses, as well as freelancers. The software allows you to record personlized greetings using a selection of automated voices, accents and languages. You can set up an automated receptionist to answer incoming calls and route them to the correct person. You can also set up a customized directory menu that routes calls to extension numbers. eVoice also provides a voicemail service - a private phone number where clients can leave messages. These are then created into audio files or transcriptions and sent to your email. Along with call routing, call forwarding, call transfers and voicemail, eVoice offers a number of other features to handle both incoming and outgoing calls. You can also use eVoice to host conference calls over the phone with up to 94 callers. You can use the app to make outbound calls with the Click to Call feature, as well as the mobile app and telephone interface. Other features include "Call Announce" - callers state their name after they have received a greeting message, when you answer the call the system will tell you the person's name so you can choose to answer or send to voicemail.
