About ERPAG

ERPAG is an all-in-one, cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed for small and mid-sized businesses. Included are tools for managing sales, purchasing, production, inventory, accounting, financials, and more. With ERPAG, users can import and export inventory details in spreadsheet format, and manage multiple warehouses with different tax settings, currencies, and price lists. Images, assembly instructions, and user manuals can be attached to products, in a range of formats including PDF, PNG, and Word document. Standard EAN, EAN-13, and UPC barcodes can be generated for products, and barcode scanning is also supported. Serial numbers and lot numbers can be attached to product SKUs, and multiple product variants can be added, with the ability to track inventory levels for different product sizes or colors. ERPAG includes a point of sale (POS) system with on-site inventory management capabilities and sales reporting & analytics. Incoming and outgoing payments can be recorded, including split payments and prepayments. Purchase orders can be collected from different departments, processed, and sent to vendors. Goods can be received using serial number or barcode scanning, with labels generated for received goods, and expense tracking to calculate actual costs for received products. Through the production module users can create multi-level products with multi-level bills of materials (BOMs), using simple, standard, or complex production methods.
