ePro Scheduler Plus is an all-in-one employee scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and payroll management solution specifically designed for EMS operations, fire and police departments, and other dispatch agencies or public service organizations. With tools for overtime tracking, resource scheduling, certification management, dynamic dashboards, custom forms, time and attendance tracking, communication, and more, ePro Scheduler Plus aims to provide a fully featured employee management system. To aid with employee scheduling, ePro Scheduler Plus allows the automatic creation and populating of schedules, taking into account time off requests, availability of employees, overtime, and more. The solution can also be used to manage sick calls, facilitate shift swaps and bidding for open shifts, and calculate the best fit for each shift by analyzing qualifications, hours worked, contract type, seniority, and more. Management can monitor overtime to keep costs at a minimum and, using the timeoff banks, employers can ensure that none of their team members have surpassed their number of allocated days off. In order to ensure payrolls are accurate, ePro Scheduler Plus tracks time and attendance using online time-clocks or an optional biometric time-clock with fingerprint scanning.
