E-Z BIS is a web-based electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software that offers features such as billing services, appointment management, and patient records management. Two different editions of the product are available – E-Z BIS Office for large clinics and E-Z BIS Basic for smaller practices. The product also offers two add-on modules, namely, Front Desk and Electronic Health Records, to help with appointment scheduling and documentation, respectively. E-Z BIS is modular in design and is primarily targeted at chiropractic practice management clinics/practitioners. The software offers features such as digital patient sign-in sheets, task scheduling, pop-up reminders, electronic delivery of month statements and patient search options. The review system tool lets patients complete a checklist of symptoms before entering the same into the software. The tool helps to document the diagnosis and other medical conditions related data as well as records EHR treatment charts that help to add treatment techniques used for the treatment. The product also supports insurance payments, claims management, and credit card processing while the E-Z BIS Collection Desk checks open item accounting to help in tracking individual paid & unpaid services. A variety of pre-designed reports and statistical graphs for practice analysis, collections, billing, patient relations, and marketing are also available. E-Z BIS is an integrated software for health records, scheduling, and billing. The software is HIPAA compliant and ONC-certified for the meaningful use (MU) incentive program.
