About Dryrun

Dryrun is a cloud-based solution for managing cash flow and financial forecasting which enables small businesses to create and compare cash flow, budget, and sales forecasts, and share forecasts with their colleagues and accountants. Dryrun integrates with Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Pipedrive to automate data import, and users can also manually enter or import data. Dryrun allows users to create an unlimited number of scenarios, which can be saved and compared with one another to identify the soundest business strategy. Scenarios can be toggled on and off to examine different potential outcomes. Individual forecasts can also be shared with colleagues or accountants, with email invitations to view forecasts, and read-write/read-only permission levels. Sales forecasts can be viewed on a timeline to visualize how revenue is likely to flow in, and alongside cash flow forecasts to assist in managing long-term and short-term goals. Due dates for receivables and payables can be tracked, with automatic flagging of due and overdue items, and the ability to edit due dates to forecast cash flow. Daily, weekly, and monthly views are available, and overdue items can be ‘bumped’ to the current day to ensure that they are visible on login. Budgets can also be created in Dryrun, with a default setting to repeat ‘forever’, though users can manually customize repeat cycles, start dates, and end dates. Additionally, users can define whether changes they make affect only the selected month, or if changes carry forward.

Budget scenarios can be created and tested, and the selected budget can be set to repeat indefinitely, with the ability to change start and end dates, and specify whether changes made to the budget should carry forward or only affect specific months.
