Dr Dispatch is an on-premise transportation management system for small to mid-sized carriers, trucking companies, shippers, freight brokers, and other transportation businesses. Primary features include delivery tracking, service management, GPS tracking, order and contact management, dispatch management, equipment management, risk management and reporting. Other features include agent security, reminders, invoicing, customer portal, brokerage and trucking LTL planning, document scanning and attaching. It allows users to create and track orders while providing information about relevant customer information including the client's name, contact information, and other data. Client information can be searched within the system using filters allowing users to find a particular customer by history, company name, last name, and more. Reports can be generated in multiple formats and transmitted via email, Excel, and PDF.
