DonorView is a cloud-based donation and membership management software for nonprofit organizations. It provides member-information management tools, online surveys, email marketing, forms and reports. DonorView’s contact management module allows users to manage member data and volunteer information, track donors, committee lists and more. Users can store profile information, keep track of relationships between members and staff and store documents. The fundraising tool helps track donation details, and users can categorize donations based on payment type. Users can include “Donate Now” buttons in emails, websites, surveys, newsletters and social media sites. The button leads to a form that captures donor information and can automatically import data into a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
