Direct Mail offers a range of customizable email templates, and users can personalize emails with up to 18 different fields, including recipient first and last names, and company names.
Custom email subscription forms can be created and added to the organization’s website or Facebook page, and contacts can also be imported from Contacts, Daylite, Outlook, Google Sheets, FileMaker Pro, CSV files, or MySQL databases.
Users can manually segment their mailing lists, or select from more than 30 criteria and define rules for Direct Mail to segment lists automatically.
Direct Mail automatically alerts users to misspelled email addresses, spam filter issues, broken links, and other issues before messages are sent.
The dashboard provides users with a summary of campaign metrics, including recipient locations and top email clients, alongside opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces, and a detailed activity report is generated for each subscriber.
