About Digital Sign Service Software

Digital Sign Service is an on-premise digital signage solution that allows users to display content outside the meeting and conference rooms. It displays information about current and future events happening in particular rooms. Users can book meeting rooms from Outlook and Microsoft Exchange or directly from the touchscreen display signs outside of meeting rooms. It also allows users to check rooms’ statuses, and they can check on the status of other rooms from the same sign. Employees and guests can get real-time updates on changes to room bookings. Users can also use Digital Sign Service for corporate branding by displaying videos, images and messages customized with their brands.
