Datamolino uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to create a searchable online archive of data extracted from receipts, bills and invoices, including line level information, without the need for manual data entry. Xero and QuickBooks Online integrations allow users to directly export data to their accounting software, as well as indirectly through multiple supported file formats. Users can upload invoices and bills as PDFs, as well as scans of physical documents, both via email and through drag-and-drop upload.
