Customer Thermometer enables your customers to provide feedback in a quick and easy way by rating your service through a traffic light system. Their click leads them to a branded "thank you" page, on which they can leave additional comments, complete with social media buttons and a trackable hyper link. Use the software to respond directly to customers and measure your net promoter score. Survey are fully customizable and work on all mobile devices. Customer Thermometer surveys allow you to add your company logo and to choose from a wide range of icons, emoticons, traffic lights, numbers, check boxes and crosses. You can select seasonal icons as well as create your own branded icons. In each survey you ask one question. You then select 4 possible answers or add numbers for a voting question. Upload your desired contact list and send your emails there and then, or time them to go out at a later date. Email are sent via secure emails servers so that they don't end up in your recipients spam or junk folders. Watch your results come in in real-time and get access to individual respondent information so you can take appropriate action.
