About Custellence

Custellence is a web-based customer engagement solution for businesses of all sizes that creates customer journey mapping tools to gather information on user experiences, customer data, and overall satisfaction. The system comes with features such as drag and drop editing, customizable maps, data visualization, a media library, collaboration tools, and more. The software provides color coded mapping cards, which can be placed inside customer timelines to pinpoint specific instances during a customer's website interactions. In addition, the timeline provides a history and activity log to track customer experiences and follow specific employee changes. Custellence allows for team collaboration where multiple colleagues can provide input at any point on the customer map. The comments section allows for colleagues to provide feedback and open a continuous internal dialogue to ensure each team member is informed on the project. In addition, customer map cards include a status option, which gives designations to different areas of the customer's journey such as developing, removed, completed, or work in progress.
