Crunched provides small business owners with an alternative for maintaining business records by delivering a checkbook and cash management interface, invoicing and sales, payment, expense management, tax processing, reporting, and ledger and journal entry functions. Post customer deposits, print vendor checks, record EFT’s, and most importantly, stay reconciled. With the aim of helping users to generate revenue, Crunched allows users to email customer's quotes and invoices for services provided. Users also have the option of enrolling with Crunched Processing to allow customers to pay securely online via credit card. Once a customer payment has been received, Crunched automatically synchronizes payments with accounts receivable so businesses will always have an accurate aging report. For expense management, Crunched provides a robust accounts payable system that allows for viewing aging reports, setting memorized and recurring transactions, and queueing expense payments. To aid with cross team collaboration, users can invite their accounting team to access and edit the Crunched account, giving permission to post directly into the ledger for any adjusting entries or year-end transactions. Crunched aims to simplify the process by providing accountant ready ledgers, financial reports, and liability listings.
