Count-IT is a point of sale (POS) solution aimed at Dutch retailers. It covers the main business management areas including cash flow, billing, and trade, with the possibility for extension with add-ons. The cash desk functionality allows businesses to mail receipts to customers, place a name on it, or hold its generation with the click of a button. Discounts are available and multiple payment options can be configured for each transaction. Count-IT offers an automated ordering system, real-time stock data, and multi-store and multi-location management. It can be linked to a barcode scanning terminal to aid with inventory tracking. All sales and purchase orders are gathered and can be generated automatically. Customer management and loyalty is managed via the CRM. Statistics give real-time insight into sales totals, costs, and customer demographics. Count-IT integrates with various third party solutions, ranging from payment processing, to order management, webshop, and accounting tools. The interface can be personalized by each user or department in order to suit business needs, and the platform can be utilized on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android devices. Being a cloud-based solution, it is accessible both online and offline.
