Optimize Content Curation Process
Content Snare is created with one goal in mind – to make the process of gathering information fast and painless. Since Content Share streamlines content curation processes, users can save time, permitting them to focus more on moving their projects forward. At the same time, the tool eases the burden of clients when it comes to submitting information and contents, thereby helping users establish smoother relationships with their clients.
Organize Information
The tool allows users to collect information from their clients using request forms. Request forms systematically and logically organize all the information they need to get, dividing them into sets of tabs, sections, and fields. Content Snare actually has built-in request forms that users can re-use anytime they want. They can take advantage of these templates so they no longer have to build request forms and indicate what kinds of information and contents they need to collect from their clients.
Automate Sending Follow-Up Emails
With Content Snare, schedules for sending out follow-up emails to clients can be prepared automatically. Emails can be scheduled according to the deadlines users set. For example, if they have to finish a certain part of the project before a specific date, they can set schedules so emails are automatically sent out to the clients before the deadline.
Handle Internal Projects with Ease
Users might be managing projects that don’t require clients to participate in the content curation process. This means users themselves are the ones in charge of producing information and contents for the project, so they no longer need to collect them from the client. In this case, the tool allows users to activate the internal project mode built within Content Snare, a functionality that instructs the tool not to send out emails to the client for all information and contents included in an internal project. Users can still utilize a request form and fill it out with the necessary information and contents but no follow-up emails will be delivered to the client.
Review and Approve Contents Before Publication
Information and contents provided by clients have to be checked and reviewed to make sure that they are complete and formatted properly. The tool has a content approval feature that permits users to review the specific tabs, sections, and fields contained in the request forms accomplished and submitted by their clients. If a client entered the wrong information, they can mark the data field associated with that information and send it back to the client so he or she can correct it. Tabs and sections are also reviewed and marked if they need to be revised, making it easy for clients to find out if they need to change the formats of texts or sizes of images and files.
Re-Use Request Forms for Future Projects
Request forms can be re-used multiple times for various projects and clients. The tool comes with built-in request form templates. At the same time, users can also create their own request forms from scratch.
