In addition to traditional contact management, sales, marketing and lead management, Commence CRM offers a fully integrated Help Desk solution with a Customer Portal, a Project Management application, a Document Library, a pre-built Analytics Module, Social CRM and the ability to integrate with disparate systems like accounting programs. Integration to MS Outlook, and other email programs and full mobile access are incorporated in each of the product editions. Other unique features include lead ranking and color coding, customer ranking and color coding, a built-in organization chart and a drip marketing program. Customers are not likely to outgrow Commence CRM. It offers a broader scope of functionality than similar priced products.

Customization

Commence CRM offers the flexibility to tailor the application suite without programmer intervention. Unlike competitive programs that offer basic functionality out of the box, with Commence CRM you can create custom dashboards, custom views, saved searches, add unlimited custom fields, generate custom reports and establish robust security permissions. All customization can be completed by the internal system administrator and training takes less than 1 hour.

While Commence CRM offers four specific product editions there are no limitations of any kind placed upon the customer. Commence CRM is modular in design which means customers can pick and choose the applications they need for their business today and add additional functionality at any time in the future. If for example you require the Help Desk application, but you don’t need Marketing, you can swap one application for the other and pay the lower price.
