Collage is a cloud-based human resources (HR) and benefits management platform built for the needs of small and midsize businesses. Collage also digitizes group benefits enrollment and can sync with any insurance provider in Canada. Employees can access their profiles through the self-service portal. They can update their personal, contact, tax and banking information as well as make time-off requests through the mobile time off feature. The e-signature feature allows users to sign important documents, such as contracts and tax forms, without the need for paper copies. This also allows new candidates to sign employment documents remotely during onboarding.

Collage provides a library of best practice question templates to be used during one-on-one performance assessment meetings. Managers can also leave notes within the meeting record for internal use or to share with the employee for feedback.

Time off requests can be synced with the company's or personal calendars thanks to integrations with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars.

The HR reporting tool allows companies to generate custom reports to compare month on month new hires and terminations, and allows users to export time off requests to reconcile with payroll data.

The ATS allows hiring managers to see the number of applicants for a specific role and which of these have been screened, interviewed or hired. Hiring directors and team members can also share feedback on applicants within the platform using notes and ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ buttons.
