Club Sentry is a membership management solution that is deployed on-premise. It caters to a variety of clubs including gyms, spas, health clubs and pool clubs. The member database help users create and store information at a centralized location. Members can log in to the portal to view their records.The billing module helps to collect due amount, update membership and check-in status. Other features include point of sale (POS), inventory tracking, vendor management, class and session scheduling, employee attendance and workstation security management. The solution offers integration with QuickBooks. Club Sentry can also integrate with major credit cards and merchant payment gateways such as X-Charge Merchant Services and Merchant Warehouse for automating member payments.
