About CloudRanger

CloudRanger is a cloud management software for Amazon Web Services (AWS) which helps users to streamline their backup policies, disaster recovery management, and server control with automation and scheduling tools. CloudRanger enables users to create and apply unlimited AWS backup policies to their servers with multiple region and custom tag features. Automated scheduling, EBS (Amazon Elastic Block Store) snapshots, AMIs (Amazon Machine Image) and policy tags allow users to generate and organize backup policies automatically. CloudRanger supports disaster recovery management by enabling users to restore snapshots or AMIs, backup data to multiple regions and introduce file-level recovery from a centralized platform. CloudRanger allows users to copy snapshots to one or more AWS region and attach volumes to existing instances or restore AMIs to a new instance. With CloudRanger, users can also recover an entire RDS (Relational Database Service) from a single snapshot. To enhance server management, CloudRanger allows users to visualize servers and schedule and review resources. CloudRanger’s scheduling technology enables users to manage individual EC2 server on/off times, switching Amazon EC2 servers off automatically when not in use. CloudRanger’s visual display allows users to access and monitor server data on one page. With CloudRanger’s EC2 scheduler, users can configure multiple schedules and set weekly on & off times.
