CircleLoop is a UK-based business VoIP provider that offers a cloud-based telephony system supported by desktop and mobile apps requiring no additional hardware. Flexible, contract-less pricing plans start with a PAYG rate of £5 per user per month (+ VAT), and include a choice of one UK number from a broad local, national and mobile selection. International numbers from over 80 countries can also be added, while unlimited outgoing calls to all UK landlines and many UK mobiles are included in plan. International calls to 170+ countries can also be made under a starting rate of 3p per minute, with the sending and receipt of SMS text messages also possible where needed from a CircleLoop mobile number. Subscriptions also go on to include all subsequent system features that include live call transfer within team members, conferencing, out of hours call forwarding to another UK number, plus on-demand call recording (in beta). Personalized voicemail allows for greetings to be set, while voicemails themselves can be converted to text and sent to CircleLoop's live activity feed or an email address. Smart notifications ensure that preferences over call and activity alerting are configurable, with device syncing ensuring that usage across mobile or desktop platforms is kept up-to-date.
