Chili Piper is an appointment scheduling platform that integrates with Salesforce to enable businesses of all sizes to manage as well as schedule meetings, phone calls and attend live chat requests. An automated solution, Chili Piper integrates with web forms to allow prospects and customers to set up meetings, appointments, manage multiple calendars and reschedule meetings. Additionally, it enables businesses to create custom rules to qualify leads, then uses territory assignments, account ownership, and round robin rules to ensure requests are routed to the right person in real-time. Chili Piper automatically logs all events into Salesforce and provides a visual dashboard for a detailed view of meetings, including number of requests, successful meetings, no-shows, cancellations, rep notes, time stamps and reschedules. The platform allows for grouping of specific reps such as account managers, product managers, and customer success reps for specific meetings, and displays these groups on the dashboard.
