Cedreo is a cloud-based 3D architectural and home design solution for home builders, real estate, and remodelers which allows users to create and customize 2D and 3D floor and house plans, design home interiors and exteriors in 3D, draft proposals with architectural renderings, and more. Cedro aims to allow all sales teams to draw in 3D with no previous experience, using guided steps to walk users through drawing walls, adding openings including doors and windows, and editing using advanced features. Final floor plans can also be imported into Cedreo and traced to visualize in 3D. Built-in layout assistants are designed to streamline plan creation and reduce drafting time, including magnetism, automatic roofs, and automated surface area calculations. 2D plans can also be edited, with users able to add dimensions, color-coding for different room types, visual identification of wall types, room labeling, furniture symbols, and more. Cedreo includes a project management system which allows users to organize their preliminary drafts by client, store multiple versions of each project, search the database for all projects linked to a single client, view project histories, and download 3D images and floor plans. Projects can be shared with engineering departments for validation, enabling the creation of portfolios of standard plans with validated house models. Projects can be presented to clients with 2D floor plans, furnished 3D plans, and realistic renderings of indoor and outdoor spaces.
