CCStorage is a self-storage software that allows owners to organize their self-storage property and manage units, customers, leases, payments and invoices in a single solution. Customers are also provided with a branded customer portal which allows them to manage payments and view invoices online, as well as setup auto-pay. CCStorage’s key features include credit card processing, wait lists, payment and lease tracking, and automated billing. The dashboard includes a chart with insights on revenue to track payments overtime, and provides an at-a-glance overview on how much revenue came from cash, cheques, or credit card processing payments (auto-pay clients). Property managers can view the occupancy rate to better manage price increases, check the current rate on auto-payments, as well as monitor past-due leases, and track vacant units. Self-storage organizations can invite customers to use the customer portal and save their credit card information on file by sending them a registration link via email. When a customer logs in, they can view and access their lease data, view invoices and payment history, and make new payments. Customers can also enable auto-pay by entering their credit card information, and agreeing to the terms and conditions agreement. CCStorage also enables customers to make payments in advance to pay for a lease upfront. CCStorage supports multiple locations and enables users to add additional storage units at anytime, as well as categorize storage unit types by size, dimensions, and amenities. User can create customer profiles, set pricing and billing intervals for each one, add notes, and manage refund.
