Users can create one-off and recurring invoices using their own or the built-in customizable templates, schedule bill payments, and invoice groups of customers, with automatic tracking of payments, returns, and credit.
Bank transactions can be entered manually, uploaded from CSV files, or automatically imported through CashManager’s EziFeed service.
Adding inventory items to CashManager allows users to create quotes and invoices without manually entering item data, and enables the tracking of inventory value, quantities, sales, and profitability.
Quotes can be generated from scratch, using customizable templates, copied from existing quotes, or created from invoices, and accepted quotes can be converted into one-off or recurring invoices.
Bills can be paid electronically through CashManager, with support for batch payments, and users receive automatic notifications when payments are due.
