Careficient is a cloud-based fully integrated agency management system for home health, hospice, private duty and therapy agencies. It manages employees, payroll, scheduling, referral sources, patients, doctors’ orders, eligibility, electronic visit verification (EVV), OASIS forms, HIS, automated invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and payers all from one interface. Careficient is able to store all employee information such as territory assignments, payroll information, compliance requirements, license expiration dates and more. The solution automatically schedules and matches associate to patients based on disciplines, territories and compliance requirements. The system automatically creates invoice and payroll records as soon as the visit occurs and is verified. Afterwards, the visit charge is automatically assigned to an invoice and the clinician’s payroll record is created. Careficient also offers automated benefits verification and tracks authorizations from Medicare and other payers. Accounts receivable management enables users to manage billed and unbilled as well as paid invoices.
