CampDoc is a cloud-based electronic health records solution for camps. It provides small and midsize camps with online registration, electronic health records, health forms, emergency medical information and reporting features.The electronic health record module maintains a document repository of all the health forms of campers, their allergies, medications and illness/injury health logs. The online registration module allows users to register for the camps, select sessions, set up payment plans, send receipts and balance reminder emails, process credit cards and online payments and handle refunds. The travel and emergency protection module lets users set up coverage for emergency medical expenses in conditions such as accidents, evacuations or if campers have to be transported.
