About CallThread

CallThread is a call tracking platform that enables users to track, record, and buy pay-per-call phone leads within one tool. CallThread can be used as a standalone solution or as part of a programmatic North American pay-per-call network. At the start of each campaign users can select local and toll free numbers, including vanity numbers that are more relevant to their business and/or location, that have not been used in the last three months. A call tracking widget can then be embedded within a webpage to enable accurate reporting. Existing phone numbers can be ported to CallThead within two days in order to streamline tracking. CallThread supports a variety of call routing options based on location and time of day in order to ensure that businesses only get relevant calls at the time and place where these calls can be best served. With CallThread's IVR and voicemail capabilities voice menus and greetings can be created to help route and filter calls when noone is available to answer them. In addition, CallThread is able to filter out suspicious and robocalls to ensure businesses only work with actionable leads. For businesses that chose to purchase their leads from integrated pay-per-call networks, a variety of campaign management options are available, including self-service campaigns where businesses set up their bids and lead parameters. Lead pricing is based on business categories and a bid optimization tool is provided within the system to help users identify their ideal price point for lead purchasing. Enhanced geotargeting through clickable maps and category recommendations offer additional campaign fine-tuning options. Real-time reporting for campaign volume, call sources, and conversion rates is available through a reporting dashboard which also serves as a repository for all recorded calls. Recorded calls can then be transcribed, with both callers and receivers identified, and scored to help with lead prioritization.
