BuildIT Systems is a web-based construction scheduling and planning system for contractors and construction companies. The platform offers tools for scheduling tasks and jobs, assigning tasks, managing contacts, tracking appointments, creating to-do lists, managing documents, maintaining communication with customers, and more. BuildIT is designed to offer contractors within the construction industry an all-in-one scheduling and project management tool with online access to job and client data. BuildIT facilitates scheduling, organization, and communication in regards to construction jobs within small to mid-sized commercial, residential, and specialty trade contractors. The calendar, Gantt chart, and list views give users flexibility in how they organize and track their upcoming jobs and tasks. Schedules can be built from scratch or using one of BuildIT’s preloaded templates which can be customized to suit business needs. Users can add, reschedule, and cancel jobs from one central dashboard, and gain an instant overview of past and upcoming jobs using the color-coded Gantt chart view. Any changes to scheduled tasks or jobs trigger automatic notifications to those involved, including workers and clients. Employees can benefit from BuildIT’s to-do lists which provide an overview of assigned jobs in one view. Jobs can be worked through in order of priority and employees can mark jobs as complete or update the status in real time as they work through tasks. An unlimited number of notes can be added to jobs and notes can be tracked by job name or contact, aiding communication between team members and collaborators.
