Any changes to scheduled tasks or jobs trigger automatic notifications to those involved, including workers and clients. Employees can benefit from BuildIT’s to-do lists which provide an overview of assigned jobs in one view. Jobs can be worked through in order of priority and employees can mark jobs as complete or update the status in real time as they work through tasks. An unlimited number of notes can be added to jobs and notes can be tracked by job name or contact, aiding communication between team members and collaborators.
