Buildbeam is a cloud-based construction management solution designed for small specialty trade and home improvement contractors. It includes job management, purchase orders, contract management and workflow management. It allows users to view pending to-dos, appointment calendar, messages, job statuses and access suppliers digital catalogs via the dashboard. Purchase orders can be auto-drafted and transmitted and upon receipt of goods and materials, the PO and invoice numbers are matched. It allows users to generate estimates, collect signatures and process payments on-site.
